Small Group Classes
Enjoy our Pilates apparatus classes in our airy Tenafly studio. We keep our classes small, so that even within a group setting, your workout is tailored to your needs and we can keep an eye on the details.
Our Small Group Class Offerings
All classes have a prerequisite of 3 private sessions to be able to enjoy the full class schedule.
Classes are 55-minutes long unless otherwise noted.

Small Group Schedule
Apparatus Circuit: Utilizing all of the Pilates apparatus, this class challenges your workout by incorporating multiplanar practice--you'll work while horizontal, vertical and diagonal to maximize the benefits.
CardioTramp: Pilates intervals interspersed with jumpboard intervals ramp up your reformer workout in our Cardio Pilates class.
Element Express: A fast-paced half hour of Pilates on the reformer and vertical frame to maximize your workout and your time.
Essential Reformer: Master the essentials with this class focusing on proper form, alignment and breathing.
Reformer/Tower Challenge: Utilizing the reformer and vertical frame (or tower), this class is focused on overall strength, mobility and flexibility.
Restore Reformer: Realign and reset with this reformer class designed to bring you back to your optimal alignment and posture.
