To make your fitness journey a little bit easier, some answers to a few of our most common questions:
What should I wear?
Please wear anything that feels comfortable. You will be moving around and lying on your side and stomach, so exercise clothing or a comfy top and pants are usually best.
Do I need socks?
Yes, please! Many clients find the socks with "grippies" work best on the equipment, but we have sticky mats to keep you safe regardless.
Do I need water?
It is always a good idea to drink water before, during and after exercise. We provide complimentary water for all of our clients.
Where are you located and where should I park?
We are located in downtown Tenafly above the CVS on Washington Street. There is an entrance in the breezeway; open that door and you will find stairs and an elevator leading up to the studio.
Free parking is available on Washington Street and in the lot behind CVS (off of Riveredge Road). A private lot (with no time limit) is located across from the Senior Center on Summit Street.
What if I need to reschedule?
We know that life happens and try to be as accommodating as we can. However, we do ask for 24-hour notice if you can't make your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full.
