We are proud to be a STOTT PILATES Host Center offering certification courses and workshops on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Matwork.
Intensive Mat-Plus (IMP)
This 40-Hour course teaches the 5 Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES, over 60 essential and intermediate exercises, a power workout, postural analysis as well as exercise modifications. This course provides students with a solid foundation and the skills you need to develop effective and motivating group and personal training programs.
Intensive Reformer (IR)
A 50-hour course covering over 130 exercises plus modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions incorporating the 5 Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES. You will leave with a solid foundation and required skills to develop effective and motivating Pilates Reformer programs. While IR may be taken prior to IMP, we recommend completing IMP first.
Cadillac Chair & Barrel (ICCB)
Cadillac (ICAD)- A 25-hour course covering 125 exercises plus modifications, goals of each exercise, biomechanics and alignment, as well as cueing and correcting for safety and effectiveness.
Chair (ICHR)- 15 hours covering functional exercises to develop core strength against spring resistance in a variety of positions, including standing, sitting, prone and side-lying.
Barrels (IBRL)- 10 hours learning exercises on the Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel. How to support the spine in flexion, lateral flexion or extension, to target core and peripheral muscle groups, and to adapt exercises to specific body types.
* Students registering for this course must have completed Intensive Mat Plus or Intensive Reformer. The Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels course has been structured into three separate modules; ICAD, ICHR and IBRL, to give you maximum flexibility. Completion of all three modules is required to be eligible for certification.
